Monday #12 Exercise
Here are some facts about exercising:
-More than 50% of adults do not get enough physical activity and 24% are not physically active at all.
-Over 18% of children and 66% of adults are overweight.
1) Set a goal for yourself. Think about what types of benefits you want to achieve. Weight loss? (Add WOW and other Symmetry products to help with the weight loss). Increased muscle mass? Improved general health? (Add Genesis and UV)
2) Figure out what exercises you like the most and best suits your goals.
3) Create a plan. Start wit 3 days a week, 30 minutes a day. Try to build up to 4 or 5 days a week, 45 minutes per day.
4) Don't buy into excuses like "I don't have time".
5) Incorporate exercise into your every day life. Take the stairs or park far away from the store.
This has always been the hardest for me. I know I want to be in better shape. I only like the gym so much, so my goal is to join an indoor soccer league and build up my cardio. =)
